London Business School Ranked Top Business School for Intellectual Capital; Named Fifth Best International Business School in Ranking
London (PRWEB) December 9, 2010
London Business School (http://www.london.edu) was recently named the number one business school outside the United States for intellectual capital by Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2010 Best Business School rankings (http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/special_reports/20101111best_business_schools.htm?link_position=link1). The intellectual capital ranking is based on review of faculty research published within a 5-year period.
Published in November, the latest rankings – which consider student satisfaction, research output and likelihood of employment following graduation from an MBA program – placed London Business School fifth in the international rankings (http://images.businessweek.com/slideshows/20101105/the-best-international-business-schools-2010/slides/6).
No other UK-based business school was ranked higher than London Business School in the Bloomberg Businessweek rankings, which are published every two years. Results from the latest rankings were nearly identical to the School’s 2008 results, providing evidence of its overall consistency for exceptional teaching and research.
According to the rankings, the School scored the maximum mark in both the analytical skills and general management skills categories – both achieving an “A+” grade.
London Business School was joined in the top five non-U.S. b-schools by INSEAD, Queen’s University, Canada, and Spanish schools IE Business School and ESADE.
